Wow is right. She can't be serious can she?

I'm not sure man.. but if so... I feel bad for her.

I think she is serious... She kinda laughed for a second at one point but it sounded like a nervous laugh because she could hear the radio station employees laughing lol

This does not surprise me... being in public service for this great state.. I deal with people like this A LOT.
